How to Become a Patent and Trademark Attorney

To become a Patent and Trademark Attorney, one must first be a graduate of a higher education institution that offers a four-year program. In addition, they must pass the two-stage (“General Competency” and “Professional Competency”) exams held every two years by the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office and register in the attorney registry of the Office.
